Jamie Han is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist committed to creating a safe, accepting space where clients feel empowered to express their most authentic selves. She works closely with children and families, helping them through challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, perfections tendencies, selective mutism, behavioral concerns, and interpersonal difficulties. She also has expertise in supporting children with autism spectrum disorder and ADHD, walking alongside clients and families as they navigate both the emotional and practical aspects of their experiences.

She draws from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, PCIT, Play Therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions. Her approach is always personalized, developmentally informed, and collaborative—ensuring every client and family feels seen, heard, and supported.
With warmth and authenticity, Jamie builds strong therapeutic relationships rooted in empathy, patience, and commitment.
