Welcome to the Wellspring Psychotherapy Center...
We are here to help.

For the past twenty years, we’ve helped children, teens, adults, parents, and families deal with psychological issues and become healthier, happier individuals. We, at Wellspring, provide compassionate, solution-focused therapy and counseling for individuals, families, and children.

Our therapists are focused on positive change solutions, and our goal is to foster lasting changes for you and/or your family. Whether you’re striving for individual growth as an adult or looking to develop stronger bonds with your child or family, we can assist. Each of our therapists has diverse and unique skill sets and will tailor therapy to meet your personal needs.

Gaining confidence and skills to manage life’s challenges leads to positive changes that coincide with greater feelings of acceptance and well-being. At Wellspring, we draw from a range of complementary psychotherapy approaches, including solution-focused therapy, play therapy, Cognitive-Behavior Therapy, and attachment-based therapy, and tailor the treatment to the unique needs of you and your family. We are dedicated to providing compassionate care that is informed by sound scientific evidence.

Compassionate and Effective Therapy For Children and Families

As a parent, difficult experiences with your child can leave you at a loss of how to best help them, but there are ways we can teach you to understand and better communicate with each other. Your children can also learn how to feel better about themselves, and become more empowered decision makers about their future. Learning effective communication and coping skills can empower both you and your child and help your child develop resiliency as they grow.

If you are ready to make some positive changes for yourself or your family, we look forward to working with you to achieve your goals. You can learn more about the specific therapy and counseling services we provide by exploring our website or reaching out to our Intake Coordinator at (415)300-4055.
