Insurance
We are not currently on any insurance panels. You will need to pay us directly for services and submit a statement to your insurance company for reimbursement. We will email you a superbill monthly. The superbill is a detailed invoice which includes the procedure coding, diagnosis coding and session dates that your insurance carrier will need in order to reimburse you.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis. Please inquire with our intake coordinator for more information.
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. Wellspring provides a good faith estimate to all of our clients upon registering for services. You can also request this estimate during your intake call.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards are accepted for payment at the time of service.
All clients are required to keep a credit card on file with us.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
