Art & Mindfulness Elementary Schoolers Group
The focus of this group will be to support elementary-aged girls and boys in learning how to manage stress and other difficult emotions with mindfulness and art-based exercises. Themes highlighted are learning to manage stress and other difficult emotions, supporting development of connections with others, increasing self-awareness, and improving emotional resilience. There will be a special emphasis on identifying, communicating, and regulating emotions.
Open to 3rd, 4th & 5th graders
Fall Session: September 21, 2023 – October 12, 2023 – Thursdays from 5:30pm – 6:30pm
Cost: $540 (All art supplies included in the cost of the group)
Art & Mindfulness Middle Schoolers Group
The focus of this group will be to support middle school-aged girls and boys in learning how to manage stress and other difficult emotions with mindfulness and art-based exercises. Themes highlighted are learning to manage stress and other difficult emotions, supporting development of connections with others, increasing self-awareness, and improving emotional resilience. The middle school group will have a special emphasis on working through social challenges that are particular to this age group, such as cliques, exclusion, and bullying.
Open to 6th, 7th, & 8th graders

Art & Mindfulness High Schoolers Group
The focus of this group will be to support high school-aged girls and boys in learning how to manage stress and other difficult emotions with mindfulness and art-based exercises. Themes highlighted are learning to manage stress and other difficult emotions, supporting development of connections with others, increasing self-awareness, and improving emotional resilience. The high school group will have a special emphasis on identity exploration, challenging perfectionism, and developing self-advocacy.
Open to 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th graders
Fall Session: September 21, 2023 – October 12, 2023 – Thursdays from 5:30pm – 6:30pm

All groups run by Haley Baker, MFT at Wellspring’s San Rafael office. For the last seven years, Haley has been running successful, fun groups for school-age children and teens.
