Stress Less, Self-Love More
The focus of this group is to empower middle school aged girls to confidently deal with stress and to find ways to celebrate their strengths. The group members will engage in hands-on activities that encourage them to be mindful, self-compassionate and connected to the world around them. Themes that are highlighted include forming a balanced view of self, increasing stress reduction and self-care tools, and developing resilience and self-compassion.Through art, reflective journaling, yoga, practical mindfulness, and self-care DIY activities, the members will leave with a greater sense of how to Stress Less and Self Love More.
