A current PhD candidate in Art Therapy and a lifelong artist, Stacey is deeply committed to helping individuals overcome anxieties. She holds a belief that, with the right support, anyone can achieve this transformative journey. Stacey’s extensive experience spans various areas, including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and more.
In her therapeutic practice, Stacey seamlessly integrates Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Mindfulness, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) orientations. Through creative collaboration, she empowers clients to manage anxieties and discover their path forward, leading to happier and more fulfilling lives.
Stacey’s skillful approach extends to working confidently with adults, teens, the elderly, and couples. Having served in community mental health and as a counselor at a local Middle School, she has supported clients dealing with challenges such as self-esteem, anxiety, and bullying. Stacey has also completed specialized training in treating eating disorders.
Beyond her professional dedication, Stacey is a warm and caring individual who believes in the transformative power of therapy. She is passionate about guiding her clients toward reaching their full potential. In her spare time, Stacey enjoys cooking, gardening, painting, and exploring the scenic hills of Marin.
